To: Jules Alexander Gray IV From: Lieutenant General Jack O’Neill, Retired USAF Subject: Our relationship Jules, I have written this letter in the hopes that you will understand my feelings in this matter. Although I have never been good with expressing my thoughts and feelings in words, and more in actions, I really hope you read this through. I have taken great lengths to get this down on paper so you may understand how eager I am for you to read this. But also you must know, this was not my idea. I spoke to Edi about you since you were not returning my own methods of communication and she suggested that I write this, so here goes. I loved you. I really did. From the moment we met, I was enamoured. You were hot, and very interesting. But I learnt early on that you did go for guys. But then, two weeks later, you said you’d been thinking of me and then you kissed me. It was like a dream come true. Or at least, for the few weeks it continued. We had that time in the bathroom, and then I was put into my wheelchair. I know I was not entirely thoughtful of your feelings at the time and for that, I apologise profusely. I know I can do better in the future because I have gone to lengths to improve my life and many other things. All I ever wanted was to be your friend and I hope we can be once you see how much I have changed and how much I just want you to be happy. Thank you for reading this letter. It means a lot to me that you would grant me that much after everything I put you though. If you can get back to me with a definite answer on your friendship, then I would be even more grateful. If not, then just be happy and well in everything you do. LoveJack. Tags: edi, jack o'neill, jules, letter

Once they pulled up to the motel and Jack had sorted his chair out, he wheeled himself into the motel after telling Sam to stay in the car - with the doors locked. Jack wondered what she would have thought about the gun in the bag on his handlebars. The doors opened automatically and he rolled threw. He assumed Sam was watching threw the windows and hoped she wouldn't try and rescue him as a large man, about the size of Teal'c but white, pushed one of his wheels over making the chair crash to the floor. The man proceeded to drag Jack out of sight of the doors as the others in the lobby backed away. One of them moved Jack's chair to the other side, away from Jack and his 'friend'.
